From an early age B, knew her gift was to inspire others through motivational speaking and community involvement.  In 2018, the Buzy with B Show was started in her hometown of Washington, DC.  The Buzy With B Show is a podcast that streams live audio and video on the internet to its many viewers with the motto “God first, then everything else.”   The Buzy With B Show was created specifically to provide a forum for entrepreneurs/community leaders/community members to share their stories, educate the community and inspire others through candid conversations.  Topics discussed on The Buzy With B Show have been domestic violence, sexual abuse, mental health, intraracial crime and homosexuality.   Past guests of the Buzy With B Show include Trayon White (member of the Council of the District of Columbia from Ward 8), Mike Dangelo (artist & community activist), Pastor Dr. David Venable and staff from Martha’s Table.  After two highly successful seasons of the Buzy With B Show, B has taken a hiatus to spend time developing additional ventures, with the promise of returning for a third season, “Season 3.”

While on hiatus from the Buzy With B Show, B has expanded into the fashion industry by creating her fashion clothing brand, Buzy With B Clothing.  Buzy With B Clothing combines streetwear products, luxury accessories and custom specialty pieces that express B’s creativity.  B has continued to expand into more ventures with the newest addition to the Buzy With B empire being her 501 (c) (3) non-profit, Buzy Being Beautiful.  Buzy Being Beautiful aims to be a presence in the community conducting clothing & food drives and providing resources & education on mentoring, financial stability, credit, domestic abuse, mental health and employment.  Another aim of Buzy Being Beautiful is to organize startup funding for business owners that are black and/or brown skinned.  In 2021, the Buzy Being Beautiful name was retired and the non-profit was re-branded & renamed as  Loving & Free.  Even though the name was changed, the mission and goals remain the same.  The name change reflects B's growth, progress and success in the non-profit space.
